Payment Plan

Most individuals and families plan their annual vacations ahead of their intended departure dates. In order to enable individuals/families to budget for these trips, we offer an extended payment plan. The structure of this plan is as follows:

  1. 25% of total tour package price at time of booking - 16 weeks prior to departure.
  2. 35% of total tour package price - 12 weeks prior to departure.
  3. 25% of total tour package price - 9 weeks prior to departure.
  4. 15% of total tour price - 5 weeks prior to departure.

Price of tour package must be paid in full 30 days prior to departure.

Tour packages may either be a combination of a Land and Air package or Land package only. Heritage Access doesn’t provide air-ticketing services only.

Full or accelerated payment of tour package price is always welcome. We also offer customized payment plans to suit our customers needs, but they usually conform to the above stated guidelines
