Travel Season and Pricing

Travel is seasonal in nature and as a result, Tourism and Travel Industry suppliers such as airlines and hotels offer different prices for their services during different seasons. These seasonal prices impact the prices we offer for our tour package products and services.

Below is a table showing the time frame for various travel seasons. Travels seasons are usually designated as either a High or Low season and may vary by supplier. Some suppliers also designate a Shoulder season.

For all tour packages advertised on this web site, the table below shows the periods associated with the High and Low Seasons.

High Season
Low Season
Dec 1st - Jan 10th

June 1st - Aug 31st

Jan 11th - March 31st *

April 1st - May 31st

Sept 1st - Nov 30th

Prices for all tour packages advertised on this web site are for the High Season period stated above which tends to be the busiest travel period during the year. The prices associated with the various packages are representative and may not be the price you or your group members end up paying. In our experience, most of our clients customize these packages to meet their interest and needs. Group size is also an important variable in determining pricing.

*The Black History Month Period, which falls in February and March every year in the United States offers competitively priced Cultural Heritage tour packages to most of our destinations. The pricing on these packages tends to be lower than the pricing for summer packages.
